All Sales Support Mental Health

We believe that most fitness and wellness brands sell a false lifestyle of constant health and easy luxury that is harmful to our generation's mental health.

We created Sshiverr to celebrate subcultures that confront real mental health struggles as a source of expression, identity, and community.

These movements empower those struggling with mental health issues by offering a like-minded community that reframes their struggle. This is especially critical in reaching and engaging with young people who find medical and clinical support alienating, uninspiring, or distrustful. Community empowerment and personal expression are essential and healthy in overcoming mental health issues and eliminating social stigma.

We believe restricting access to these communities, or promoting false wellness lifestyles, does not prevent mental issues — it isolates and disenfranchises those who most need help. We encourage anyone who feels these movements, or our products, glorify or promote mental illness to reach out to us and openly discuss.

All sales support the following Mental Health partners, who provide resources for young people inside and outside of empowered communities.

JED is a nonprofit that protects emotional health and prevents suicide for our nation’s teens and young adults. We’re partnering with high schools and colleges to strengthen their mental health, substance misuse, and suicide prevention programs and systems. We’re encouraging community awareness, understanding and action for young adult mental health.
